Newcomers to the Parish:

 Are invited to complete a parish census form available at the main entrance. See parish representatives Chris Cox or Adrian Simmons after Mass.

Visits to the Blessed Sacament:

By keypad entry at any time. Ask the priest for the code.  The Church is a 5-7 minute walk from the Devonshire St exit at the southern end of Central Railway Station.

GROUPS:

S.P.Y.N (St. Peter's.Youth. Network) Currently, the Young Adults are running the Evangelium program, a multimedia catechetical course teaching the essentials of the Catholic faith and life in a straightforward, precise and attractive manner. The Young Adults group meet every Sunday at 12.00pm after the 10:30am mass. Feel free to come along, we'd love to see you there!

St Vincent De Paul Conferences meet at 125 Pitt St Redfern on 10:30 am and 6:30 pm on Mondays.
Legion of Mary meets at the parish office at 10:40 am on Saturdays.

Shrine of Mary Help of Christians

The Shrine to Mary Help of Christians in the courtyard of St. Peter's, has been refurbished recently and can be visited at any time. 

Missonaries of Charity:

The convent is located at 27 High Holborn St. The Sisters run a soup kitchen for the poor in the district. If you would like to help on a voluntary basis please contact Sr Maria Lucy or Sr Hanari at the convent on 93182881.

Catechism Classes for Children:

Classes are held on Sundays at 9am in the Missionaries convent during the school term. The children attend the 10. 30am Mass where they are involved in various ways. Contact Fr Bill for more information, or the Missionaries of Charity on 9318 2881.

St Patrick's Business College:

Formerly situated in Grosvenor St on the corner of Devonshire and Riley St, now operates out of the former Parish Primary School. Contact 9318-1566.

Schola - ships:

 Scholarships are available for those who would like to join St Peter's Youth Schola, which is part of the Parish choir. See Fr. Bill.

Vigil for Life Adoration and Mass:

All night Adoration Is celebrated at 8pm to 8am, followed by Mass on Saturday at 8am on the third Sunday of the month.

Choir Practice:

Choir meets every Monday ( 6.15 - 7.15 pm) and again at 9.45 prior to 10.30am Sunday Mass. We need more choirsters, a flautist and violinist. Please see Anthony Mccarthy or Fr. Bill after Mass if you can help.
